Suraksha Group to complete Jaypee towers with an investment of Rs 3,000 crore
Mumbai-based real estate firm Suraksha Group will complete the remaining pending Jaypee towers in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The firm acquired Jaypee Infratech and plans to invest Rs 3,000 crore to finish the project by September 2028.
The main hub of stalled and ongoing Jaypee residential towers is at Jaypee Wish Town (spanning sectors like Sector 128, Sector 131, etc.), where thousands of housing units are being completed. Further, the firm is also planning to develop three integrated townships spanning about 465 acres. These are: Suraksha-City of the Ganges, spread across about 256 acres; Suraksha Enterprise City, across about 85 acres; and Suraksha Yamuna Smart City, across about 124 acres.
