Gulshan Group plans to develop new residential project in Wave City
Noida-based real estate developer Gulshan Group has plans to develop a new residential project in Phase I, Sector 1 of Wave City. The project, named Gulshan Empire, will be spread over 5.5 acres and will comprise 500 residential units across six towers of 31 storeys each.
The firm acquired the land for Rs 175 crore on which the project will be developed. It is expected to generate revenue of Rs 1,200 crore, and the firm will invest Rs 1,000 crore in the development. This proposed project is expected to be completed by 2031.
