RK Madhani & Co. bags order worth over Rs 40 crore from MMRDA
Real estate developer RK Madhani & Co. has bagged a new order from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA). The order is worth Rs 40.99 crore and involves the construction of a new foot over bridge (FOB) connecting the Bandra Metro Station on Metro Line 2B with Bandra Suburban Railway Station.
The 278-metre-long foot over bridge will provide a safe and convenient interchange for passengers travelling between the metro and Mumbai’s suburban rail network. The period of completion of the work is 18 months, and a 5-year defect liability & maintenance period.
