Manglam Group plans to launch mixed-use project in Jaipur
Jaipur-based real estate developer Manglam Group has announced the launch of its new mixed-use project in the city. The firm has launched PinkWest, an integrated commercial destination on Jaipur–Ajmer Highway.
The project is estimated to cost Rs 1,000 crore and is spread over 13 lakh sq. ft. It will integrate premium retail, office spaces, hospitality, dining, entertainment and lifestyle experiences. As per the firm, the project will have 287 retail spaces, 262 office spaces, a 220-key Sheraton Hotel by Marriott International, along with dining, entertainment and lifestyle offerings within a single mixed-use development.
Mangalam Group says that it has recorded Rs 300 crore in sales within a short period.
