L&T's real estate arm acquires land parcel in Mumbai for over Rs 448 crores
The real estate arm of Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T), L&T Realty Developers, has acquired a prime land parcel in Mumbai’s Lower Parel-Elphinstone Road. This deal is done for Rs 448.6 crores, out of which Rs 300 crore will be paid as cash.
On the acquired land, the firm plans to develop a 28-floor office tower. The space is spread over 55,000 sq ft and has parking slots as well.
