NeoLiv to develop luxury plotted township in Faridabad, to invest Rs 500 crores
Mumbai-based real estate developer NeoLiv has plans to invest Rs 500 crores in Haryana's Faridabad. The firm is planning to develop a golf-led luxury plotted township spread over 47 acres of land.
The project is being developed through a development management contract with a regional player and has a completion timeline of March 2031. NeoLiv recently sold inventory worth Rs 1,251 crore, where it launched 285 plots with prices ranging between Rs 2.88 crore to Rs 9.94 crore.
