Nestlé launches Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad
Swiss FMCG firm, Nestlé Group's arm, Nestlé Business Services (NBS), has announced the opening of its first Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India at Hyderabad, Telangana. GCC is established in partnership with Genpact to bring in process intelligence and expertise in data, AI, and automation to help Nestlé simplify, standardise, and scale business services.
As per Nestlé, the centre will bring together domain expertise, process intelligence, data, AI, automation, and digital operations capabilities to improve performance, resilience, and consistency across global operations.
