Jashn Realty launches new housing project in Lucknow
Real estate developer Jashn Realty has announced the launch of a new residential project in Lucknow. The project, named Jashn Golf Estate, is spread over 18 acres and is located at Sushant Golf City in the capital city of Uttar Pradesh.
The golf-facing residential community includes rainwater harvesting, automatic irrigation systems, tree plantations, façade lighting, three-tier security and precast drainage systems. As per the firm, the project master plan includes more than 100 amenities, including padel courts, gazebos, musical fountains, ponds, a mini golf course, gardens, meditation lawns, an amphitheatre, walking trails, children’s activity zones and a pet park.
