315Work Avenue leases out 45,000 sq ft space in Bengaluru
Co-working and office space solutions provider 315Work Avenue has leased around 45,000 sq ft of managed office space at Bhartiya City in Bengaluru. According to ET, the real estate consulting firm Colliers India has facilitated the lease.
The space will be leased to Enterprises, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), tech firms, and startups. In another development, World Trade Center (WTC)-Thane by Welspun One has signed up Novel Jewels (NJL) for approximately 15,000 sq ft of space within its grade-A Urban Distribution Centre (UDC).
Novel Jewels (NJL) will use the space for storage and distribution operations.
