Institutional investor Certus Capital has invested around Rs 275 crore in 4S Developers’ residential project in Gurugram. Located on the Dwarka Expressway, the project features a G+4 development.
Spread over 8 lakh sq ft, the project has an estimated revenue potential of nearly Rs 1,000 crore.
