Tirupati tourism project: Andhra Pradesh government allocates 21 acres land
Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) has allocated 21.10 acres of land at Damineedu village in Tirupati for the Tirupati tourism project. The project is officially named the Tirupati One Integrated Cultural and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) Destination project.
The project is expected to require an investment of Rs 400 crore. It is proposed under the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Policy 2024-29 by a consortium comprising DivyaSree Holdings Pvt. Ltd. and Cybercity Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd.
