2.35-acre land acquired by Prestige Group in Mumbai
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Prestige Group has purchased 2.35 acres in Mumbai's Mulund through its arm Prestige Mulund Realty Private Limited. The land is acquired from Shamvik Glasstech and General Glass Company in a deal worth Rs 110.75 crore.
The acquired land is strategically located near the Prestige City Township in Mulund.
