Jaya Sakthi plans capacity expansion at Erode plant
Jaya Sakthi Casting India (JSCI) has planned the capacity of its steel melting plant. The plan is to boost the capacity of mild steel billets capacity from 17,460 tpa to 2,40,000 tpa at Pudupalayam and Palathozhuvu villages in Erode.
The project would also involve the capacity expansion of TMT rods and structural components with a capacity of 2,32,000 tpa. JSCI is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and intends to commence work on the project by November 2023.
