GT Bharati to develop World Trade Centre in Chengalpattu
Chennai-based real estate developer GT Bharati plans to develop a World Trade Center in Chengalpattu as part of its Rs 7,000 crore integrated, IT-centric mixed-use township. It has received a license from the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) for the project.
The World Trade Center will serve as the centrepiece of the 150-acre mixed-use development. The project will include commercial and retail spaces, data centres, residential and luxury residential communities, educational institutions, and hospitality facilities. The development is planned in phases over a period of approximately 10 years.
