Anant Raj to invest Rs 25,000 crore in data centre expansion
Delhi-based real estate developer Anant Raj Limited has plans to invest Rs 25,000 crore to develop large-scale data centres and cloud infrastructure across the state of Haryana. The firm is looking to fund the expansion largely from internal accruals, without raising external funds.
Anant Raj has also signed an MoU with the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre for an investment of Rs 20,000 crore in the state. Under the plan, the firm targets 307 MW capacity by FY 2031-32, expanding the data center footprint to Manesar, Panchkula, and Rai.
