Lemon Tree acquires land for new hotel project in Mumbai
Renowned hospitality firm Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has plans to develop a new hotel in Mumbai. The firm's material subsidiary, Fleur Hotels Limited, has acquired a land parcel in Bandra (East), adjoining Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, for developing a 172-key hotel. The land was acquired for Rs 120 crore from Asara Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd, Nine Dimensions Housing LLP and others.
According to Lemon Tree, the hotel will offer contemporary accommodation, all-day dining, a fitness centre, and swimming pool facilities to the guests to make their stay comfortable. It will cater to business travellers, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE), leisure and social segments.
