Embassy Development to develop new housing project in Bengaluru with an investment of Rs 2,000 crore
Gurugram-based real estate developer Embassy Development has plans to develop a new residential project in North Bengaluru. Spread over 85 acres, the project, named Embassy Origins, will be developed over 2 phases.
The first phase comprises two residential projects — Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve. Embassy Riverine will comprise 217 villas offering 4, 4.5, and 5 BHK villas. Embassy South Reserve will comprise 855 apartments, offering a range of options from studios to 3.5 BHK apartments.
The developer will invest around Rs 2,000 crore in the proposed project.
