DRA acquires 10-acres of land in Chennai
Chennai-based real estate developer has acquired a 10-acre land parcel off OMR near Thazhambur in South Chennai. The firm has acquired the land for Rs 159 crore and plans to develop a residential project comprising about 1.55 million sq ft of residential space.
The proposed project will include a mix of row houses, mid-rise apartments and a 38-storey high-rise residential tower. It is expected to have a gross development value of Rs 1,200 crore.
