IHG Hotels & Resorts signs new property in Karjat
UK-based global hospitality brand IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a new property in Maharashtra. According to the firm, it has signed a management agreement with Discover Resorts Neral Pvt. Ltd. to launch a property under its voco brand in Karjat, Maharashtra.
The 200-key property will feature a 200-seat all-day dining restaurant, a 50-seat pool bar, a 150-seat rooftop area, a fitness centre, kids’ zone, salon, and a spa. IHG said that the property will be converted to its premium brand by early 2028.
