Indiabulls signs deal for Rs 3,700 crore residential project in Gurugram
Real Estate and Financial Services firm Indiabulls Limited has signed an agreement with a private landlord to undertake the development management of a residential project in Gurugram. Spread over 10.84 acres, the project is located near the Dwarka Expressway, with an estimated saleable area of 21 lakh sq. ft.
The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 3,700 crore. According to the updates, the firm has already received RERA registration for Phases 1 and 3 of the project. The project is expected to be launched by mid-October 2026.
