Supreme Universal secures development rights for 1 acre plot in Mumbai
Mumbai-based real estate development firm Supreme Universal has secured development rights for a prime, sea-view land parcel spanning 1 acre off Carter Road in Bandra West.
The firm plans to invest around Rs 1,000 crore to develop a luxury housing project on the site. According to The Economic Times, construction is expected to begin within the next two quarters, with completion targeted in 3.5 years. The project is estimated to have a revenue potential of Rs 1,500 crore.
