Infineon Technologies leases 632,000 sq ft space in Bengaluru
Munich-based semiconductor major Infineon Technologies has leased 632,000 square feet of office space in Bengaluru. The space is for 10 years and covers the ground floor to the ninth floor in Whitefield’s Bagmane Solarium City.
The German firm will pay Rs 750 crore as rent over 10 years. This deal includes a rent-free period of eight months, with the lease scheduled to start on December 1, 2026.
