Karnataka Government approves project investments worth Rs 29,679 crore
High-Level Clearance Committee (HLCC) of the Karnataka Government, chaired by Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, has approved industrial projects involving a total investment of Rs 29,679 crore. Around nine new projects and eight proposals for additional investments received the nod from HLCC.
The major project investments are:
- Vibrancy Renewable Energies — Investment: Rs 2,194.94 crore
- Mahindra Aerostructures — Investment: Rs 2,300 crore
- Aequs Consumer Products — Investment: Rs 1,104 crore
- Hero Future Energies — Investment: Rs 9,760 crore
- Epsilon — Investment: Rs 1,500 crore
- Toyota Kirloskar — Investment: Rs 1,200 crore
- NirSugars — Investment: Rs 4,062 crore
- TruAlt Bioenergy — Investment: Rs 2,988 crore
- Lighthouse Alternative Assets — Investment: Rs 600 crore
- MSPL — Additional investment: Rs 884.25 crore
- Reliance Power Solutions — Investment: Rs 250 crore
- Honda Cars — Investment: Rs 437 crore
- Bhima Fine Chemicals — Investment: Rs 605 crore
- Sansera — Investment: Rs 492.24 crore
- TVS Motors — Investment: Rs 1,050 crore
- Havells India — Investment: Rs 250 crore
