Lemon Tree signs new hotel in Guwahati and Ayodhya
Hospitality firm Lemon Tree has announced the signing of two properties with real-estate giant RJ Corp Limited in Ayodhya and Guwahati. Lemon Tree has signed Development Management and License Agreements.
Under the agreements, the firms will develop the two hotels utilizing the technical expertise of Lemon Tree Hotels. The hotel in Ayodhya would be a 300-room property located at a distance of approximately 4.5 km from the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra.
The hotel in Guwahati would have 300 rooms and 50 serviced apartments with kitchenettes. These properties would be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
