Tata Projects bags order worth Rs 840 crores
Tata Group's EPC arm, Tata Projects, has bagged an order worth Rs 840 crores from Elan Group. The order is for the development of an ultra-luxury residential development in Sector 49, Gurugram.
The project named Elan The Statement will be spread over 6 acres and is expected to take an investment of approximately Rs 1600 crores. As per the order, the scope of work involves the development of 5 towers, offering ultra-spacious residences with super area ranging from approximately 4285 sq. ft. to 7270 sq. ft.
