Dilip Buildcon sells out power projects wroth Rs 8,400 crore
Construction and infrastructure firm Dilip Buildcon has sold solar power and transmission projects worth Rs. 8,400 crore to asset management firm Alpha Alternatives. According to the updates, the divestment involves stakes in two special purpose vehicles, Mekhali Power Transmission and DBL Renewable.
In a press release, the firm said consideration for the transaction will be determined through a phased subscription and closing mechanism, in accordance with the terms agreed.
