Actress Shraddha and her father leased out a 1,050 sq ft space in Mumbai
Actress Shraddha and her father, Shakti Kapoor, have leased a 1,050-sq-ft apartment in Mumbai to corporate lawyer and advisor Akshat Khetan. The apartment is located on the third floor of Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower in the Mahalaxmi area of Mumbai.
The space is leased for 3 years at a rent of Rs 2.5 lakh per month and comes with a 5% annual rent escalation. According to the agreement, the total rent outgo for the lease period would be around Rs 94.58 lakh.
