Brookfield to acquire ESR India's logistics portfolio
Canadian multinational investment firm Brookfield Corporation has agreed to acquire a 100% interest in a 10.5 million sq ft industrial and logistics portfolio from ESR India. The firm will invest Rs 4,300 crore for this acquisition and future development of the portfolio.
The acquired portfolio is spread across around 400 acres and comprises 8 Grade A industrial and logistics parks across six metro clusters, including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Kolkata.
