Transindia acquires 45 acres of land in Dankuni
Real estate arm of integrated logistics firm Allcargo Group, Transindia Real Estate has acquired around 45 acres of land in Dankuni near Calcutta. According to the updates, the land was acquired for Rs 100 crore.
The firm is looking to develop a warehousing project on the land as it aims to expand its warehousing and logistics infrastructure in eastern India. Dankuni project will require Rs 400 crore towards developing basic infrastructure and Rs 500 crore for internal warehouse infrastructure and handling equipment.
