Dhule Group bags development rights for 2 acres land in Mumbai
Real estate developer Dhule Group has secured development rights for a prime 2-acre land parcel near South Mumbai’s Marine Lines. The firm is planning to develop a luxury housing project with a gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 1,000 crore on the land.
The work is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2027, and the project will have enough space to accommodate 276 residents.
