State Bank of India acquires commercial property in Pune
The government-owned banking firm State Bank of India (SBI) has acquired a commercial property in Pune’s Kharadi for Rs 414 crore. The acquisition includes a prime land parcel and a building, involving the assignment of leasehold rights over 2.12 acres of land at Kharadi Knowledge Park, along with outright ownership of approximately 1.84 lakh sq ft of built-up space on the plot.
