Jimm Mistry's Della Townships signs projects worth Rs 46,480 crore
Entrepreneur Jimmy Mistry’s real estate firm, Della Townships, plans to develop projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 46,480 crore during the current financial year. The firm has signed 12 development projects, beginning with projects in Pune, Ahmedabad, Raipur, and Nagpur, and is in talks with multiple developers across the country as it looks to expand its presence.

Della Racecourse & International Polo Club, Hinjewadi, Pune: Spread across 40 acres, the project includes an 8-acre private racecourse and India’s first Della X MAYRLIFE medical wellness clinic. The master plan and building plans have been approved by the PMRDA, with RERA documentation underway.

1,100-acre Della International City, Ahmedabad: Work is underway on the master plan and design development for the project.

55-acre Della Racecourse & International Polo Club, Naya Raipur: The project has secured master plan and building plan approvals, along with clearance from the NRDA.

328-acre Della Racecourse & International Polo Club, Nagpur: The project will feature a 33-acre racecourse, 50 horse stables, equestrian sports facilities, and a five-star Bor Wildlife glamping resort. The master plan has been completed.
