91,314 sq ft office space leased by PepsiCo in Hyderabad
Multinational food and beverage company PepsiCo India has leased 91,314 sq ft of office space in Hyderabad. The leased space covers the sixth and seventh floors of Laxmi Infobahn Tower 4 in Kokapet and will house a global capability centre (GCC) for PepsiCo India Capability Center LLP.
According to the firm, the space has been leased for five years at a monthly rent of nearly Rs 53 lakh, with a 5% annual rent escalation. The total rent outgo is expected to be around Rs 35 crore over the five-year lease period.
