Century Real Estate plans a mixed use project in Bengaluru
Real estate developer Century Real Estate has plans to develop a mixed-use development project in East Bengaluru. As per the firm, the project would be spread over a 14-acre land parcel and would have a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 3,000 crore.
Located off the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in Marathahalli, will feature 1.7 million square feet of premium residential development, including 750 apartments, along with 0.5 million square feet of commercial and retail space.
