Prestige Estates launches new housing project in Bengaluru
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Prestige Estates Projects has launched a new housing project in the city. The firm launched Prestige Parklane, an 11.91-acre residential project along the Satellite Town Ring Road in Devanahalli, Bengaluru.
The project comprises 1,788 apartments across nine towers, with 1-, 2-, and 3-BHK configurations. It has a total saleable area of approximately 1.7 million sq ft and an estimated gross development value of Rs 1,750 crore.
