Sattva Group launchs new gated community in Bengaluru
Real estate developer Sattva Group has launched a new planned gated community project named Sattva Bhumi. The project, which spans 20 acres and offers 343 land parcels, is located in the Devanahalli corridor of north Bengaluru.
The project also offers a 15,000 sq-ft clubhouse, swimming pool, and an array of indoor and outdoor amenities. As per the firm, the area has good connectivity to Bengaluru International Airport, key industrial hubs, and major infrastructure projects.
