JSW Energy plans to set up a nuclear power plant by 2030
JSW Group's flagship firm, JSW Energy, has plans to develop its first nuclear power plant by 2030. As per the updates from The Economic Times, the firm is assessing large reactor technologies, including 700-megawatt pressurised heavy water reactors (PHWRs) as well as larger 1,000-megawatt options.
JSW will first develop a pilot plant to first understand operations.
